First Fixing
In laymans terms this is any carpentry work carried out before the plasterer arrives.
1st Fix would be;
chamber joistsnogginsstudworkplasterboardingdoor framesdoor liningstrap hatchesboxing pipesflooringtongue and groove chipboardsoftwoodhardwood (oak etc)roofingdormersvelux windowswindow frames (soft wood, hard wood and UPVC)FasciasSoffits and barge boards.
